The original dated 27/12/11 regulations will remain in force for the event which is now being held on the 2nd January 2012. Please see below amendments to the regulations which the date change effects. All changes will be confirmed in the event finals.
1. ANNOUNCEMENT
Northallerton A.C. Ltd will organise a National B Permit Multi-Use Stage Rally on Tuesday 27th December 2011 Monday 2nd January 2012 known as the Specsavers Christmas Stages Rally. The event will be held at Croft Racing Circuit near Darlington.
5. DOCUMENTATION & LICENCES
All competitors must produce a valid 2011 2012 Competition Licence of National B Status or above (H22 & R5.2.1) and Club Membership Cards (R5.2.2) together with Championship Registration cards if applicable.
Competitors are reminded of the MSA’s requirements for Entrants Licences as laid down on the licence declaration form and in the 2011 2012 MSA year book. All competitors’ licences, club membership cards and championship documents will be inspected at Documentation. Fully completed application forms for a ’Co-drivers non-race National B Licence may be accepted.

10. SCRUTINEERING
All cars must comply with MSA Technical regulations. The event will be staged entirely on private property, mileage on the public highway is not included, regulation R46.1.1 is waived in respect of current tax. But vehicles must be presented to scrutineering with the vehicles registration document along with a valid MOT certificate (where appropriate).
At Scrutineering, each car will be inspected to ensure it complies with the 2011 2012 MSA Tyre, Technical and Safety Regulations as well as for class eligibility.
29. SPECIFIC REGULATIONS FOR CROFT CIRCUIT
VENUE - Gates into the circuit will be open from 3:00pm on Monday 26th December Sunday 1st January. Competitors may leave vehicles at their own risk or stay at the circuit overnight however the gates will be locked once the organisers leave at 6:00pm. The aircarft at croft circuit will be holding there annual boxing day barbecue using the runway which we will be using as the event service area. As a result the service area may be unavailable till later in the day.
